The Old Ones, direct descendants of the ancient
analog fore-avatars who first settled our Therian islands,
are shy and wary of the new generation of avatars now flooding
over the land that the Old Ones once thought their own.
Late on moonless nights they still gather in Tabu's and Tyr's
hidden places to enjoy their beloved mugs of hot mead. Hawk
has slowly come to earn the trust of a few of them, and once
in a while, they will share the unwritten, ancient history
of There as passed down from generation to generation from
the earliest times.
Hawk has begun writing these tales down, so the ancient history
of There will not be forgotten when the Old Ones vanish into
the mist of unwritten history.
